Hillside Castings was established in 1994 in Hatfield, Arkansas by Kevin Rathbun. We provide high quality aluminum casted parts for many well known boat manufacturers throughout the boating industry. We use cast iron permanent molds using the gravity pour method. We only use certified A356.2 aluminum.

What sets us apart from our competition is our customer service, attention to detail, and our quick turnaround time on orders.

Having branched out into custom parts manufacturing, we are always open to quoting any new part for customer-owned molds.

Overall length is 7 1/2"

PART NUMBER 102 - Round grip rivet on or weld on handle. Will not have holes, but will have a detent for drilling.

PART NUMBER 102-316 - Will be drilled with a 3/16" hole.

PART NUMBER 102-014 - Will be drilled with a 1/4" hole.

PART NUMBER 102-516 - Will be drilled with a 5/16" hole.

PART NUMBER 101-HD - Heavy duty weld on handle. Thickness of metal on handgrip is 3/4". Thickness of end mounting pads is 5/16". Knuckle clearance is 7/8".

Overall length is 7 1/4".

3 STYLES OF PEDESTAL SEAT BASES

8" round flush mount

PART NUMBER 501 - 8" round flush mount pedestal seat base with 3/4" pin hole. Come standard with a black nylon bushing. Several options are available for processing to meet your needs.

PART NUMBER 502- 7 x 7" square flush mount pedestal seat base with 3/4" pin hole. Come standard with a black nylon bushing. Several options are available for processing to meet your needs.

PART NUMBER 503 - 9" round inverted pedestal seat base with 3/4" pin hole. Come standard with a black nylon bushing. Extends approximately 3" from floor.

Weld on bow eye

PART NUMBER 201 - U-Bottom weld on bow eye with 1" hole.

PART NUMBER 203 - Weld on lift up or tie down pontoon bow eye.

PART NUMBER 202 - Heavy duty bolt on bow eye with 1" hole.

OAR LOCK SOCKETS

Oar Lock Socket with 5/8" hole

PART NUMBER 401 - Oar lock socket with white plastic bushing with 5/8" hole.
These oar lock sockets will fit most any boat with a round top rail.

PART NUMBER 702 - Universal Rear Corner Transom Cap.
Sides are 8" long with a 1 1/4" lip. Will fit up to a 2 1/4" top rail.

CANOE CAP

Canoe Cap

PART NUMBER 701- Canoe cap - approximately 1/4" thick,
10" long on each side. 8" across the wide end. Across nosecone
is approximately 2 1/2". Lip hanging downon nosecone is 2 1/4".
Tapers down to a 1" lip. There is a 3/4" hole in the center.
